A DIY ELT panel based on a unit removed from a Bell 212 and primarily designed for use in a Cessna cockpit. It uses an acrylic back panel and faceplate with laser-engraved text, switch guards, and provisions for an LED and rocker switch.
Simulation integration: Programming the ELT may be challenging or impossible to integrate effectively within the simulation software. • DIY components: A red 3mm LED and red rocker switch are required for the DIY build; these are included in the complete unit.
