A USB-connected replica wet compass for flight-simulation cockpits. It can be installed as a panel-mounted or ceiling-mounted instrument, includes a USB cable, and provides software-controlled backlighting.
Simkits USB instrument software: Required to control the USB Wet Compass. SimConnect: Required for communication with P3D/FSX according to the support page. • Mounting: Panel Mount or Ceiling Mount; installation may require building the compass into a panel or hood. Panel cut-out: AutoCAD cut-out dimensions are available from the Simkits support section.
Prepar3D: Supported through Simkits USB instrument software and SimConnect. Other: Microsoft Flight Simulator FSX; the support software uses SimConnect.
